Overview
High-Voltage Oscilloscope Probe, 10 kV, 40 MHz
The B&K Precision PR-55 is a 10 kV High Voltage divider probe for use with both digital and analog oscilloscopes.
Measure up to:
- 10 kV (DC + ACpk) or 7 kVrms AC
- 40 MHz bandwidth
- Voltage dividing of 1000:1
- Frequency compensation
If the voltages you need to measure on your oscilloscope are above the specifications of the general purpose probe, B+K Precision has higher voltage probes for you.

- 100 Mohms / 1 pF Input Impedance
